Company founder Nikolaus Ziegert entered the real estate business by selling his own flower shop. Since then, he has continuously and successfully developed the company. Several milestones mark the company’s path.
The ZIEGERT Group is a leading real estate company headquartered in Berlin and has been active in the key areas of the real estate industry for almost 40 years. With offices in Berlin and Leipzig, it is jointly managed by founder and owner Nikolaus Ziegert and CEO Kyrill Radev. The division is headed by CEO Kyrill Radev. The ZIEGERT listing platform ziegert-immobilien.com maps sales processes for private residential and commercial real estate, while the ZIEGERT transaction platform metatrust.com accompanies global transactions in the residential and commercial sectors in the purchase and sale. The in-house ZIEGERT experts focus on the individual consultation of customers and strengthen the consulting core of the ZIEGERT Group, which is based on almost 40 years of experience in real estate consulting.
INCEPT is an independent company of the ZIEGERT Group and combines all activities of integrated and innovative project development of residential and commercial real estate in the Investment & Development division. The company’s strategic focus is on the construction of new residential properties, district developments and inner-city commercial properties. The emphasis is on customer-oriented, sustainable and efficient construction.
A flagship project is the KOKONI ONE residential development in Berlin. The family-friendly residential buildings made of wood are climate-positive in construction, CO2-neutral in operation and have an intelligent, fossil-free energy concept. INCEPT Immobilien is thinking in a new and future-oriented way. The company is managed by CEO Kyrill Radev, Managing Director Investment Andreas Stolpe and Managing Director Development Jörg Werner.
