On 12 October, ZIEGERT organised a property tour with the Spreesegler vintage bus. The Berlin East Side Tour was an exclusive event that allowed participants to experience the diverse property landscape in East Berlin up close. A vintage bus drove through the exciting district of Treptow-Köpenick, where guests were able to discover modern new buildings and stylish old buildings.
The tour provided an insight not only into current construction projects, but also into the history and future of these up-and-coming residential areas on the River Spree. The result was a special combination of urban living and Berlin tradition – in a unique atmosphere that invited visitors to linger and discover. After the successful City West Tour in the summer of 2024, this was our second tour with the Spreesegler. Once again, all seats were quickly snapped up.
During the Berlin East Side Tour, we visit four exciting real estate projects. We start at Wilhelminenhofstrasse 35 in Oberschöneweide, a beautifully renovated old building. We continue to Adlershof to siebenundneun, a new building with a carriage house that will be completed this year. We then visit the construction site of Onni house in Köpenick, a multi-generational building whose condominiums are currently in the pre-sale phase. The final stop is at Am Generalshof in Köpenick, a newly completed waterfront condominium.
